Textbook Pregnancy

I was one of the lucky ones that felt great for a majority of my pregnancy. I've always slept on my side, so I didn't have to get used to a new position and it was actually refreshing to be hangover free for so many months. At the recommendation of my doctor, I kept up my work and workout schedule. Yoga was my lifesaver and I firmly believe my practice prepared me both mentally and physically for an easy delivery.
