We were in Cleveland for mommy's cousin Lynn's wedding and Brex had a chance to play with all of his Miller side cousins too.

Street Festival Season is here!!

Finally the snow is gone and we can enjoy being outside for a few months. It's street festival time in Chicago!
1st up -- Maifest in Lincoln Square (it's in June b/c the Chicago weather is so unpredictable in May)

Playdate with our besties

Impromptu play date/bbq with Mae, Ava and Quinn -- their moms and dads -- and the newlyweds Aunt Shawn and Uncle Scott!

 

 

 

Weekday play

Lilliana made friends with another nanny that cares for a little girl in the neighborhood named Sadie.  She is a few weeks older than Brex and they get together a couple of days per week at the local parks or at each others homes when the weather is bad.  

Memorial Day Weekend in Wisconsin

Another new state for Brex and a fun family getaway to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. We stayed at the Grand Geneva resort where there was so much to see and do. We didn't even scratch the surface on all of the activities, but we will definitely go back soon!  Mommy didn't make it to the spa this time but she was in heaven at the all you can eat crab legs for 28 bucks!  Daddy didn't have a chance to golf, but he did get to fish and captain the boat around the lake.

Brex had fun at the Indoor and Outdoor Pools but next time we will go to the gigantic water slide park:
