Holiday Travel

While we didn't have a white Christmas this year, we did have easy driving to Cleveland and Pittsburgh. The boys also got to ride their new bikes from Santa in the sunny, 48 degree Chicago weather before we got on the road. We hit a few rest stops along the way and everyone was happy!

Happy Thanksgiving and 40th B-day Aunt Lori

How is it Thanksgiving already?  You can tell from the delay in blog posts that we have been very busy with life in general as well as getting ready for the holidays and our vacation. We started our Thanksgiving celebration in Pittsburgh for a change this year and then Cleveland and then mommy & daddy sneaked away to Turks & Caicos with Aunt Lori and Uncle Scott!!

Happy Arctic Halloween!

Bitter cold in Chicago, the wind whipping and the sky spitting freezing rain. Didn't stop Bred and Daddy from going out trick or treating, but kept Radley and Mommy at home. Brex is dressed up as the superhero "Wolverine" and Radley is "Lightning McQueen". Sugar-highs weren't too bad this year b/c they had more interest in a cup of hot chocolate than candy.

Happy Birthday Mommy

The boys decorated a cake and made lots of art projects to start the day with love and sugar! Mommy and Daddy had a night out for an Argentinean steak dinner and Avenue Q show.

Best Friends

We love our visits up north to the Waterman's house.  The kids have a blast together and have tons of space to play inside and out.
